It was a joy to spend a weekend with Laura. I reached out to work with her after coming to a realization that the feedback from my supervisor, team, and clients were riddled with my own interpretation. I wanted to know definitely what I’m good at; what my strengths are and where I can be of service and of the greatest value to the people in my life. Boy did she deliver. After two days, not only did I walk away with a solid foundation of my own strengths, but I had a blueprint for what to look for in complementary team mates and staff. I want to create thriving businesses for my clients and to do so, I need a team around me that magnifies my efforts. Laura helped me to see what I needed to do. In the two months since our event, I have replaced staff, hired new talent, re-imagined my sales strategy, updated my web copy and increased sales. I will always be thankful for the weekend we spent together and I continue to be grateful to have Laura as my leadership coach and mentor.

Laura was an excellent facilitator and enabled us to get the most out of the game and our discussions. As a result, we have already made a couple of positive changes. We, as a team, focused on alignment of a single vision and have increased feedback across the board to each other and peer-to-peer. I will have my team participate in the Leadership Game again and any new teams that I have the privilege to lead.
